Tuna and Rice with Dorina Chimichurri - Steam 1 cup of boiled rice
- 1 can of tune in brine (Strain water).
Add 2 tablespoons or to liking of Dorina Chimichurri Mild.

America Hot Dogs with Dorina Chimichurri- Boil water and add 6 hot dogs for recommended time
- 6 soft hot dog rolls
Spread french's american mustard on one side of roll add hot dog in roll
Add a teaspoon of Dorina Chimichurri Sauce on top enjoy.

Ham and Cheese with Dorina Chimihcurri - 2 slice of Virginia Ham
- 1 slice of swiss cheese or tasty
- A few leaves mixed lettuce
Dab on a bit of Dorina Chimichurri.

Skirt steak with Dorina Chimichurri chimichurri on steak

- 1 piece of skirt steak from your local butcher approx weight 400grams
- Pan cook with a little oil for approx 5 min on each side on med to high flame
- 2 tomatoes sliced in half drizzled with Dorina Chimichurri either Mild or Hot to taste
- Once skirt steak cooked place on plate with tomatoes

Spanish Chorizo with Dorina Chimichurrichimichurri chorizo

- 1 spanish chorizo hot or mild from your gourmet butcher
- 1 french stick small sliced through the side
- Spread light amount of butter
Dab on some Dorina Chimichurri Hot.

Potato Salad with Dorina Chimichurri- 9 large potatoes (approx 7 people)
- Wash and peel then add to a large pot of boiling water
- Make sure potatoes are covered in boiled water
- Cooked on med - high heat for approx 20mins
- To check if potatoes are cooked pierce through potatoes with a knife or skewer
- If cooked instrument should good straight through easily
Once cooked strain water place potatoes in large bowl, let then cool down for 10 mins, add Dorina Chimichurri either hot or mild and place in fridge best served cold in summer and warm in winter.

Spaghetti with Dorina Chimichurri- Add a small hand full of spaghetti in boiling water for approx 12min
- Once cooked strain hot water be careful, place spaghetti in large bowl
Add to 2 tablespoons of Dorina Chimichurri a mix all together.

Fish and chips with Dorina Chimichurri

- 2 pieces of Flathead or Catch of Day
- Grill in dip dish with a 1/4 cup of water (so as fish is 1/4 in water) cooking time approx 12min in high heat

While that is cooking, grab 2 large potatoes peel and wash, cut in chips strips thin
then heat cooking oil for 4 mins on med heat. Add cut chips in frying pan, once they change to a golden colour remove with a hand held strainer and place hot chips into separate bowl.
Add salt to liking and mix thoroughly and remove fish from grill add to plate as well for chips.
Grab a cold beer and enjoy, this is living.
