Thank you very much for the sample jars of your chimichurri. It is an excellent product, and I will recommend it to listeners and readers. I have tried both versions, and I have tried them on a range of grilled foods, and they work very well indeed - especially the hot version, which I prefer. It was especially good on a slab of chargrilled blue-eye, but I have also tried it on steak, chicken and pork, and also tried it as a dressing for a grilled haloumi, chorizo, roasted red pepper and chick pea salad: it was outstanding, and an interesting point of difference.
So, congratulations on the product. Well done. And the very best of luck with it. (I was pleased to see it on sale at Toscano, where I shop regularly.)
